Gluten Free Flour Blend [(Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Raising Agents (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum)], Water, Coconut Extracts In Topping [Coconut Milk, Maltodextrin, Tricalcium Phosphate (0.01%)], Xylitol, Pure Coconut Oil, Baking Soda (1%), Lemon Oil, Lemons, Buckwheat Flour (0.77%), Natural Flavour (0.1%) [Propylene Glycol (E1520)], Sea Salt.

Sweetened with xylitol which is lower calorie and often chosen by diabetics, but not suitable for babies or pets.
