These sugar free cakes are made with agave nectar which is a low GI sweetener made from the agave cactus plant in South America.
If your cake is for a celebration you might like to have a message on it or a design. If so, you need to have our unique sugar free “frosting”*. The design is printed onto edible rice paper (this can be a photograph that you provide or we can find something suitable from the internet – eg flowers, golfing design etc). This is then placed onto the “frosting”.
